woodland nights, warm summer days, chasing girls, parking,
discovering rock and roll. The author's ability to recall events and
people in wonderfully exquisite detail has the effect of bringing
your own pre-teen and teen years back to life. There is a magical
wonder to that all too short time in your life, and living it in the
post war days in America was a gift. It was all low-tech by today's
standards but I think a lot more fun. This is a wonderful book and I
